NEWS FROM THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The Copicut annual membership meeting was called to order at 7:00pm on Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Rod & Gun Club of New Bedford.  About forty Copicut members plus club officers were present and the motion to make a change to the club by-laws relative to the membership renewal grace period was voted on and passed.  The vote in favor was unanimous, and the change to the by-laws adopted: 

All memberships are annual and must be renewed by January 1 with a grace period of 90 days.  After April 1, 2015, any member who has not yet renewed is not guaranteed membership (due to limited number of association memberships) and will be required to pay an additional $25 initiation fee to renew.
